What is Going on Here!?

I have no idea what has gotten into Brennden the last couple of days, but my goodness! Yesterday he had hitting trouble at church. I'm not sure who started it or why it happened but Brennden says, "I hit her because I was mad." He knows better than that. Then today he came to me and said, "I peed in the cup mom." I had no idea what cup he was talking about so I had him show me. He had peed "on" the cup that is 'in' the bathtub. Gross. Not only did he pee in the tub on the cup that I use to rinse his hair out, but he also got pee on all the toys that he and Charity play with in the bath. Argh! I but him in time out while I was cleaning the tub. After I finished with that I went to check on him and he was spitting, yes spitting, in the corner. So I had to get mad at him again. He stayed in time out while I cleaned the toys up. When I finally finished all my cleaning I checked on him again. He was trying not to cry :( It made me feel bad but he did need to be punished. I know he knows better than that. My goodness.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

It has been snowing off and on for the last week or so but nothing has stuck. Until last night that is. We woke up to about 3 to 4 inches of snow! There's nothing like to snow to make it feel more like Christmas. We decided to go and play in it after we got fed and ready for the day. Brennden had a blast running around while Dustin and I built a snow man. We don't have gloves for Brennden so he started to cry that his fingers hurt and he wanted to wear our gloves. Poor guy. He was so excited to have his first snow man. Last year we tried to make one but quickly gave up after the bottom ball took up most of the snow.
After playing for a little while I went inside while Dustin and Brennden went to the store to get shovels. We shoveled the sidewalk and the very very long driveway. That was such a work out. Brennden watched us from the comfort of the living room since his hands got so cold from throwing snowballs at me.

Tree Ornaments?

Yesterday we got some gifts in the mail from my parents. We asked Brennden to go and put them under the tree for us. He get two of them there without any trouble, then we heard a tear with the third one. Naturally we thought that he was trying to open it so we had him bring it to us so that we could check it out. He had pulled part of the tinsel off that was taped to the wrapping, We got after him, fixed the gift, and then told him to go put it under the tree. Brennden then went to the tree and just stood there. I peeked around the couch and told him to put the present down not even realizing that the other two weren't under the tree.
Later that night I was doing the dishes and looking at the tree. I was puzzled. There was only one present under the tree. It took me a few seconds but I soon found where the two were. Take a look at the tree. Notice the gifts "in" the tree? Apparently Brennden wasn't trying to unwrap the gift, he was trying to hang it on the tree using the tinsel as the hook! Ha ha. I just started laughing and called Dustin to come over and look. Funny thing is, my parents always give us ornaments for Christmas so the gifts do kind of belong on the tree.

Completely And Totally Rediculous

So, I ordered Dustin's gift online on Nov 5. It said that I would receive it no later than Dec 26th which I was certain wouldn't take that long since I ordered the other half of his gift the week before and it arrived less than 2 weeks later. Boy of boy was I ever wrong. As I was checking my email today I noticed on on the status of my order. I opened it and my jaw dropped. Literally. The new estimated time of arrival was. Wait for it....... The end of May! Needless to say I canceled the order. Strange thing is, I ordered it the day it came out (it a dvd series). I haven't been able to find it in stores so I guess I'll started looking for it on different sites. If you are wondering I ordered it from Target. I order from then every so often and have never had a problem before but am now wondering if I will ever use their site again.

Update-
I was able to find the DVD later on a different web site and it offered free express delivery. Hopefully it will arrive this week, preferably before Christmas.

Charity's Little Trip

Actually, it was more like mom's big trip. Tonight we had to meet with the bishop for tithing settlement. Everything was going smooth. Charity didn't cry and Brennden wasn't running around. Well, I guess not everything was smooth. Apparently Brennden isn't our kid and Charity was born one day and then again on the next day. But that's a different story. We got done with the meeting and were heading out the door, and that's when things started to head south. Quite literally. I tripped over something. What that something is I don't know, probably just air. I was trying my hardest not to fall because 1- I had Charity in my arms (in her car seat thank goodness) and 2- I didn't want to look stupid. Well, I looked stupid anyway. I started the little run that you do when you try to catch your feet up with your head so that you don't topple over. One shoe flew off and then the other. By some miracle I was able to sit Charity's car seat down rather gently and myself was able to stand up without face planting it. Dustin was giving me the strangest look at first and then after realizing what just happened started laughing. Luckily I was in a good mood and was able to laugh alongside with him. I still have no idea what I tripped over or how I managed to right myself and not topple over Charity. Charity wasn't scared by the ride at all. She didn't even let out a single peep. Thank goodness she was in her car seat or I probably fell over and either landed on her or turned over and hurt my back. I was on the side walk when I started falling and ended up a few feet in the parking lot by the time it was over.

Shooting

I went shooting on Saturday and thought I should share my results.
.243 at 200 yards
.243 at 200 yards

7mm Rem Mag at 200 yards.

I just wished some more of you could out here and shoot with us, it was only Grant and I this time but hopefully Dad, Angie, and Tawni will be able to make it next time so that I can brag on them too. I wound up getting 4 bullseyes with Angie's .243, which I hated at first but the more I shoot it the more I love it.

Hmmm...

Why is it that every picture of me with a gun is always of me reloading? If any of you have any other pictures of me with guns let me know.

The Return of Alice

We thought Alice had come and gone, but we were wrong. Alice has starting to return to Brennden's morning routine. If I listen to him he actually has some conversations that make sense. Hmm. For all the talking to Alice that he does, you'd think I know plenty about Alice. But I don't. I know two things. Alice does circles on the ceiling, and that Alice is neither a boy or a girl. Alice is a baby. Brennden knows that he is a boy and that Charity isn't, but I wonder if he understands that she is a girl and not just a baby. I would assume that Alice is a girl just because of the name but I know a boy named Alison so.... Maybe one day we will know who Alice is or maybe that will remain a mystery.

Fangless

This is what Charity's hair used to look like. Notice the hair on the sides is as inch or two longer than the hair in the back. I didn't want to cut her hair but it just looked so funny that I finally gave in.

This is her new hair cut. Can you believe that she got her first hair cut at a younger age than Brennden did!

This Week

This week everyone has been sick except for Brennden. First Charity got sick, then I got sick, then Dustin got sick. We are all still feeling it and hope to get over it soon. I don't know how Brennden happened to get out of this one but I sure am glad. One sick kid to handle while being sick yourself is bad enough. And we had to get sick on the worst week. There are primary meetings, Enrichment night, and Zone meeting/dinner. I hope we are all better by that time. But we do seem to be on the upside of the illness. Thanks to my neighbor who took Brennden to the library and the car wash so that I could get some much needed sleep.

I'm so proud of myself! I've actually been dusting this week. It was so gross. I had to dust multipul times. I would dust, then the dust that went up into the air and came back down to settle, then I would have to dust again. But as for vacumming.... I've been doing just fine in the living room and hall way, but the bedrooms are a different story. All well.

Brennden is finally potty trained! A day I was starting to think would never come. He's been full of all sorts of sayings lately. He repeats almost everything he hears. We have to have him leave the room if we want to watch tv because, lets face it, some words just sound so terrible coming out of a kids mouth even if they aren't bad words. He must have seen a commercial for pizza last night because he asked if we could leave and get pizza.

Charity definitly has a personallity of her own. If you take something away from her she throws a fit. She wants to stand all day long. She tries to crawl but her arms just aren't strong enough. She gets her legs up underneath her and then face plants it. As for sitting. She doesn't really care to try. I guess she'll do it when she's ready. I hope she does within the next month so I don't have to hold her to play with her toys.

Fort Farnsworth

With all the world events going on, namely Obama being elected Americas next domestic terrorist, excuse me President we decided to get a few more guns just to ensure we had some when he makes it illegal to buy anymore.

Sayings

Brennden hurt his foot jumping off of a chair today. I told him, "Well stop being a silly butt and hurting yourself today." His reply, " I'm a crazy butt mom."

The other day I was calling Brennden a booger and he was calling me a booger back. I turned and asked Dustin, "Is Brennden a booger?" He answered, "Yes." I asked, "Am I a booger?" He answered, "No." Brennden's reply, "Dad, you're no fun."

I've been hearing lots of new saying since being in primary.
You're crying because boys are stronger than girls. -from a boy obviously.
No, you're crying because your hearts leaking. - from a girl.

Snow!

It snowed yesterday! I couldn't believe it. We went for 6o something last week to forty something this week. It didn't stay around for long but it was fun to watch. I love the way snow looks but I hate having to drive in it. But I guess I'll just have to suck it up and deal with it.

Trampoline

The day after Halloween Cameron (my brother) got baptised. That night some friends of the family came over and rosted marshmellow over the fire pit while the kids jumped on the tramp. Brennden learned to do flips. Kinda. He bends his body in half and doesn't round his back. He does a pretty good job when he actaully does it. But when his head hits the tramp instead of his back it's kinda funny. His face sort of skids along the tramp. He can home with an assortment of bruises. His nose, chin, legs and stomach are covered with them. But he never complained so I guess he's fine.

Trick Or Treat

Grandma took Charity home to sleep while Brennden went Trick Or Treating. He went with his cousin Brynlee and uncle Cameron.
He filled this up half way. I actually caught him grabbing candy out of the dishes while the adults were handing out candy to other kids.

This is what he got. It was only half of what he got last year, but he got tired earlier because of the bounce house and the slide that he wouldn't stay away from.

Brennden's Halloween

We went to a block party.
They had a slide needless to say.

Brennden and his uncle Cameron played on the slide for close to two hours. I don't think they ate or drank anything while we were there.

Charity's 1st Halloween

Grandma Jerman bought Charity this outfit to were for Halloween. The hat didn't stay on for long but it was so cute I had to take a picture. Check out the socks. Aren't they awsome.
We actually got Charity to smile for a picture.

Charity and her Aunt Candice. Candices was happy to hold her at first but quickly gave her to me when Charity decided that she couldn't hold down her food.
Over all she was a good sport considering all her comforts were at home and she stayed up for longer than usual.

Lady's Got A Gun

This is the gun that Dustin got me for Christmas. We went out on Saturday to site it in and get some practice. We went with Dad, Grant, Tawny, and her little brother whose name I can't remember. We did some pigon shooting of which I suck at. But it was lots of fun and I can't wait to do it again!

Super Why

I have looked everywhere for a Super Why costume and have been unsuccessful in finding one. They are sold out in stores and on line. So on Monday I went to mom's house for help in making one. It took some doing and some creativity (which I don't possess much of), but we did it. I tried to lay out the costume and take a picture while Brennden was asleep. I did, but then Charity woke up and the costume got left on the floor. When Brennden woke up and saw it he just had to wear it. And he actually wanted to put the cape on! I was wondering if he would even like the cape part.

And then of course he had to do a super hero pose. I knew if I could make it that he would just love it. I couldn't get him to take it off until dinner so that he wouldn't spill on it. Now let's just see how long I have a 'Super Why' running around the house until I get Brennden back.

Big Scare

Last night Dustin and I went to Mom and Dad's to help pack for the hunt. Dustin drove one of the hunting trucks back and I drove his truck back. Brennden kept telling me he needed help but wouldn't tell me what he needed help with. I thought he wanted a drink or his toy so I told him he had to wait. He kept pestering me so I finally turned on a light and looked back at him. To my horror I couldn't see his seat belt. I hurried and pulled over to fix it, and lo and behold, the first place to pull over into was the X rated store parking lot. Oh my! I hope nobody that I know saw me pull over and get out of the truck there. I can only imagine what they would be thinking. Anyways, Brennden's seat belt was only half way off. He had taken his arms out and pushed the buckle down into his lap. I guess he realized what he had done and tried to get my help. I'm glad he kept pestering me because it could have turned out really bad if we had gotten into an accident. Thank goodness everything turned out to be fine and I hope that Brennden learned not to do that ever again.

Freeze Time

My plants were doing pretty good with the temperature in the thirties, but.... It got to 22 degrees (breaking the record FYI), and this is the result. It makes me sad to look at them. They are supposed to come back every year though so I guess I will have to wait and see. I was able to save my starters ones though. I brought them inside a few days ago so if worse comes to worse at least I will have a few for next year.

A New Calling

So, I already have visiting teaching, and Enrichment Night Committee Board Member, but now I have another one. Dustin has to share it with me though. We are Zone Leaders. If there were to be a disaster in our area we have to contact and help anyone in our 'zone' and contact the control center to report what it going on. Right now it isn't too bad but I don't ever want to actually do it! We are the youngest in our neighborhood so I don't really know why we were picked but.... We'll do what we can and hope nothing ever happens.

Strange Sleeper

Just about every night we find Brennden like this. His head under the covers and something in his bed. I've found tissue, Tigger, his Elmo chair, trucks, ect.... But if it gives him comfort and helps him go to sleep, I could care less.

Yum Yum

Charity keeps watching me eat so I thought I'd try to give her some cereal. She kept putting her fingers in her mouth as soon as the spoon touched her lips. Then she took the spoon from me and tried for herself. She thinks she's so big.

Traveling Man

As most of you know I travel alot for work. Here is a sample of what I have done in the last two weeks. Miles are total for the day rounded off.
Mon, Aneth, Utah 250 miles
Tues, Bayfield, Colorado 160 miles
Wed, Sky City, New Mexico 600 miles
Thurs, Mountains near Cuba, New Mexico, 300 miles
Fri, Espanola, New Mexico, 480 miles
Sat, Bernallio, New Mexico, 340 miles
Sun, Valles Caldera, New Mexico 550 miles
Mon, Running around various sites near Aztec, New Mexico, 120 miles
Tues, Running around various sites near Cedar Hill, New Mexico, 100 miles
Wed, Middle of Jicarilla Reservation, New Mexico, 250 miles
Thurs, Espanola and Bernallio, New Mexico, 500 miles
Fri, Bloomfield, New Mexico, 10 miles
Sat, Ignacio, Colorado, 110 miles
Mon, Holbrook, Arizona, 500 miles
For those of you keeping track that is roughly 4,270 miles in the last 15 days, no I didnt drive all of them but I would say I drove 60% of them. My weekly average is usually about 1,250 miles.

So Realistic

I went and got the kids pictures taken a week or two ago. I almost didn't get one of them together because by the time we got Charity's done they were both not in a good mood. But I just couldn't pass this one up. At first I didn't get it but then I called back and had them print one off for me. It's just to realistic not to get it. I think it is a cute pic of them together.

Oh My!

Ok guys, you might not care to read this one. I keep tampons and pads in my diaper bag just in case. Well, Brennden found them. I have the compact ones and he thought that it was candy. He brought one up to me and asked me to open it so that he could eat it. I told him it wasn't candy and to go put it back. He didn't believe me. He went into the living room and opened it up. I found the wrapper on the floor so I know he had done something with it. And he had. He was playing with a plastic spoon that I use for cooking. On it was the tampon case, the string stuck between the case and the spoon, and the tampon was swinging around. Boy do I have an embarrassing story to tell his girlfriends when he is older.

Oh Where Oh Where Can Alice Be?

Or better yet. who can it be? Brennden has been asking for Alice for the last few days. I have asked if there is an Alice in nursery, but there isn't. Yesterday he made me wonder around the house looking for Alice. He's done this before but it's been a while and then he was looking for a bug not a person. I wish he could tell us who Alice is.

Valles Caldera

Ok heres the sequal Mike, On Thursday I got a phone call from my boss telling me that I would be working on Sunday. I contacted the customer and he told me were I would be, It is were Dad shot his elk when he was at the at the Valles Caldera. So at 6 am on Sunday morning I began the LONG day to the job site, upon arriving the 4 welds I was told I would have turned into 20. In addition to that it still needed to be pressure tested. So at 3 pm the first 18 welds were handed over to me to work, by 4 pm I was done and then started the 4 hour pressure test. At that time I decided to go for a drive and tell my bosses (Angie and Llyod) to expect me to be back between 2 and 4 am. I then turned around and started the hour long drive back to the job site and next thing I knew a bear runs infront of the truck. I grabbed my camera but wasnt fast enough, then I jumped out of the truck and chased it up the hill to get a picture, but talk about a fast fat bugger, after about 5 minutes he had stopped and I could hear and smell him but couldnt see him so I gave up. I returned to the job site and continued to hurry up and wait and much to me glee at 11 pm the last 2 welds were handed over to me and at midnight I was signed out and headed home. At 4:30 am This morning I pulled into the office dropped off my equiptment and was home 5 minutes later. Then bright and early at 6:30 I was up again and off for another 12 hours. For those of you who are wondering, I saw about 400 elk in the front meadow and about 10 in misc. parts of the preserve. They were buggling all night and I couldnt get any good pictures.

WOO HOO!!!

So today I got a phone call that I have won an all expense paid trip to the Valles Caldera (were Dad and I went hunting) I will be leaving tomorrow and will put up some pictures when I get back. Hopefully it will be a one day deal so I can get back to work.

SPLAT!!!

Today I went in to work early so that I could meet a customer in Cuba. About 35 miles out of Bloomfield I had a suprise that really woke me up, I was driving about 75 mph and all of a sudden a deer jumped from the other side of the highway and in mid jump saw me coming. In a split second the deer decided to turn around, but oops it slipt and fell. Mean while I was about to crap my pants thinking about how bad it was going to mess up my truck, but much to my pleasure the deer fell facing my truck and my tire met her head and continued up her back leaving a not to pretty sight on the highway and sending Roger and I flying out of our seats (Roger weights about 350 lbs) and hit our heads on the roof. After catching my breath I pulled over to assess the damage and much to my pleasure there was no body damage at all, not even the mud on the bumper was knocked off. Talk about relief and not the r-o-l-a-i-d-s kind either. It did break a shock and knocked out my alignment but hey who needs a truck that rides smooth and drives straight anyway?

Of All The Places

I frequently lose Charity's binkis, and I usually find them in a day or two. Sometimes I find them in strange places, but at least I find them. Well the other day I found one of her binkis in the strangest of places. In the washer. Not the dish washer, the clothes washer. Last Sunday Dustin had put it in his dress shirt pocket at church and I forgot about it and threw his shirt in the washer. At least I found it and it was clean. I learned that the binki was washer safe and to look in pant and shirt pockets before washing them.

Offended?

If what I say on my blog or my comments offends any of you let me know so i can take care of it.

I have gotten comments on how much Brennden and Charity look alike and I think they do to, so I decided to post these pictures of them so that you could compare them. Isn't it amazing!

Charity's Favorite Places

Charity love's her swing. This is the only place that she will sleep during the day. She almost never cries here.
Dirty diapers are not acceptable for her. As soon as she is done making it dirty she wants a new one on. She'll cry till she gets on the changing table where she is suddenly all smiles. Hopefully this means she'll be easy to potty train.

She has started to notice her hands more lately and so likes trying to reach for things. She hasn't quite gotten the hand of it yet but enjoys trying.

Charity has to always be sitting upright. Don't you dare try to make her sit back and relax or you won't be able to sit back and relax for a while.

Logos

I got online to play games with Brennden today. He saw this picture and knew exactly what it was. He said, "Look mom. PBS kids." It's just one of many logos he's been able to recognize. We can't drive by a Dairy Queen without him asking for icecream. He also knows the Walmart smilie. It's fun to watch him learn.
P.S.
Go down the page a few posts. For some reason one of my new posts went below the last one.

Frustrating

I'm trying to post new blogs but I can't get any of the photos to upload and the blogs don't make much sense if the pictures aren't there. Argh!!! Once I do get them to upload there will be a few new posts though. Hopefully it won't be to long until then.

Our Own Personal Pharmacy

These are all the medicines that the doctor has told us to take. Just looking at all the medicines almost makes me sick. Talk about having to keep to a schedule! For the last few days all four of us have felt horrible so we finally decided to go to the doctor last night. Charity is on three meds. One for acid reflux, one for an ear infection, and tylanol for a fever. Brennden was unable to get a prescription because they took it off the shelf so he gets to take an over the counter cold medicine plus his vitamins. Both kids get to get nose drops every so often to help clear up their sinuses. Dustin is on meds for ear infections, sudafed for his nose, and live bacteria yogurt for the bacteria in his intestines. I thought all yogurt had live bacteria in it but I guess I was wrong. I am on meds for a cough and soar throat, tylanol at night, and my vitamins. I have to be careful with my meds though, they decrease milk production. Thank goodness for all the milk I've saved in the freezer, it just might come in handy this week.

A Mile And Then Some

A few days ago Dustin and I decided to start going for walks at night. Last night we decided to let Brennden walk instead of taking the stroller and we put Charity in the carrier instead of the sling so that we could walk a little faster without her bouncing around as much. We have been walking almost 2 miles each night. Well, we thought that Brennden might kind of walk fast for the first half but then need to be carried after that. Boy were we wrong. Not only did he not need to be carried, but he actually set the pace for us. I'd say he ran a good mile before slowing to a walk. Dustin had to slowly jog to keep up with him. And I, well let's just say that I was left in the dust for a while. I didn't dare do more than a fast walk because I didn't want to bounce Charity around too badly.I think it's safe to say that we felt really out of shape and a little embarrassed that a two year old was out doing us.

All Smiles

This is the truck that Brennden picked out. It also has another little truck that sits on the trailer. While we were at the store he didn't put it down, that is after he understood that we were buying it not just playing with it. I usually let him play with something while there and then have him put it back before we leave so he kept putting it back on the shelf. On the way to the check outs he proudly showed it to anyone who looked his way. And yes, we do put pants on him. It's just easier to leave them off at home when no one is around while potty training him.

A Long Fun Filled Day

Yesterday was quiet the adventure. I had to go to the doctors for an ultra sound to make sure the IUD was in right. They told me to drink 32 oz one hour before my appointment. It was difficult but I did it. I get there and they tell me, "We are really behind. There will be a long wait. Sorry." I'm usually there for half and hour to an hour so I'm thinking I'll be there all day. Ten minutes later they call my name. Thank goodness. But what happened to the long wait?
After that I stop my a salvage yard to pick up a part for my car. I was there for a whopping hour and a half! In all that time they looked at my car, found the part I needed, said it was broken, found another part, and that was broken too. To make things worse I had two tired kids, one was hungry and poopy, there was no AC at the place, and everyone there smelled like cigarettes. YUCK!!! I didn't make it home till three, too late for naps. I call around for the part to my car, and find one, but I can't get there before it closes.
Dustin get home from work, we eat and head out again. This time to get our temple clothes hemmed so that they fit. After that we head to good ole Walmart for milk and a reward for Brennden. He had filled up his potty chart so we told him he could pick out a new toy. Luckily Dustin talked him out of getting one that made noise. We were also searching for a fly swatter but they are apparently in short supply.
We didn't make it back home again till 10. Then we had to get both kids changed and put them down for be. Brennden was easy but Charity has a mind of her own and does things on her own schedule so we didn't get to lay down for another half hour. By that time neither of us thought we could sleep because we were too awake so we turned on Jay Leno. We didn't even make it to the monologue. I guess we really were pooped.

Oh Charity

For the most part Charity has been an easy baby. She sleeps for long periods of time at night and is happy during the day. She can hold her heard up wonderfully and is trying desperately to sit up. But the other day, MY GOODNESS. It started out good. She woke up and at at 7:30 then went back down at 8:30. I had to wake her up at 1:30 because she was still asleep and I wanted her to sleep through the night not the day. That's when it all started. For the rest of the day she wouldn't go back to sleep. She cried and cried and cried. When I'd feed her she would fall asleep but when I tried to lay her down she would start to cry again. This went on until 10:30!!! She finally went to bed and so did I. I was so tired and stressed. Then she woke at 3 and stayed awake till 4:30. Every time I'd lay her down she would cry again. I just knew the first few weeks were too good to be true. Looks likes she's gonna start to be the average everyday baby now.

I Learned Something New

So, yesterday I was helping Brennden use the potty as usual. He wanted to keep putting toilet paper in the toilet so I decided to take it off of the holder. But I should have done it sooner or later. I took it off at the same time that Brennden was flushing and the holder fell into the toilet. Of course I wasn't going to put my hand in the pee water to try to save it so I waited for the toilet to finish flushing. But when I looked in the toilet to retrieve the holder, it wasn't there. It actually went down the toilet! Who knew. So for now the toilet paper will have to sit on the counter. I guess next time I will know.

A Day In The Life Of Brennden

Last night while Brennden was trying to be helpful and get a binki for a crying little girl, he tripped over the rug and face planted right into the wall. What a goose egg he has on his head. And this was just right after it happened. But being a boy he was up and running happy as could be.

At the store this morning he just had to ride in the bottom of the cart. And by bottom I don't mean in the basket. He wanted to lay down on the part below the basket where you put all the bulky things that you don't want taking up all the room in the basket. I let him because, hey, whatever keeps him happy and close by. It's hard to shop with two kids all buy yourself.

Later today he had to used the potty, so I took him into the bathroom. He was either in such a hurry to go or else he just wasn't paying attention, but he peed on the toilet lid. Oh the joys of motherhood and potty training.

Then he wanted my to make a snowman with him. So I got out the play-doe and helped him put a snowman together. I put most of it together for him but there is one part I guess he thought needed to be added. The snow man turned into an anatomically correct one.

He is suddenly on a fruit kick too. Between noon and five he was able to put down a banana, apple, orange, and a bowl of grapes. I did eat half the apple and two slices of orange but even with my eating a little he ate an impressive amount.

Home Invasion

While the blind people were here putting up our blinds, our neighbors cat snuck into our house.

Brennden chased it around the house. He had a blast doing so.

After a few minutes he was able to catch it. We then released it back outside. Poor thing was probably worried that the dogs were going to chase it again but I had already taken care of that. After listening to the dogs barking and running around in my flowers for an hour and a half, I called animal control and had them come by. They only got two of the three dogs and left the cat, but hey, at least it's a start.
